Spindles
A drop spindle relocates the wheel hub upward on the knuckle. The spring, the travel and the ride quality all stay factory - the truck simply sits lower. It is the highest-quality way to drop a front end, and it is why spindles cost more than springs.
Two to three inches is the usual spindle drop; combine with springs for more.
